Mr. Chen Haifeng brings more than 30 years of experience across securities markets, private equity, and cross-border investment. After completing his MBA at the Berlin School of Economics and Law (HWR Berlin), Germany, he held senior positions at Fortune Société Générale Asset Management Fund, where he played a key role in institutional business development and international investment activities.

He later founded CapitalEdge VC and a private equity investment platform, through which he has supported the development of innovative technologies and high-growth enterprises across multiple industries.

In recent years, with a particular focus on biomedical innovation, artificial intelligence, and new energy sectors. Mr. Chen maintains an active leadership role by serving as Chairman of Shanghai Kemoshen Intelligent Technology where he has overseen the integration of artificial intelligence with optics and micro-nano technologies to develop next-generation intelligent imaging solutions.
