He leads the international team in defining the go-to-market strategy and aligning product, sales, and manufacturing processes.  By driving operational discipline and end-to-end business processes, he ensures reliable project execution, underpinning consistent performance, customer trust, and long-term business growth.

A supporter of Arsenal FC, Stephen enjoys playing football with friends and the occasional round of golf.  He holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
